Life is here to serve you, not put obstacles in your way. Everything you desire will show up or not show up in response to your vibration. And if something else shows itself to you that you prefer, life can give you that too. You're calling your own shots. The key is to feel good no matter what. Tell the story the way you want it to be.

Sometimes we worry because what we want requires so much of our attention or so much is happening in our lives that it is hard to hold a stable position - but you can. Just keep telling yourself, "I am in charge here. I am in charge of my life. I am in charge of what comes. And more importantly, I am in charge of how I FEEL."

When it comes to money, the reason most people want a lot of it is because of fear (which dams up the stream). There is nothing wrong with having money, but the big mistake is asking for the security that comes from promises of others. You want your security to come through your awareness of knowing how the laws of the universe work. You know how to focus on what you desire and you know how this focus will always bring you the good things in life, including money.

Don't try to see so far down the road. Don't demand that promises be made by others to give you the security you need. This is the thing that makes the difference between someone who can stand in an attitude of belief and trust and someone who cannot.

You have a lot of evidence in your life that supports the power of your focus. Don't try to figure it all out at once. Just feel more appreciation for what you have already and more will come to you.

Here is one of my favorite affirmations. Use this every time you feel you need to know the outcome of any situation.

"I figure it out as I go. I don't need to know, I figure it out as I go".

With that affirmation, say to yourself, "The universe is yielding to me. Good things are lined up for me. All good things come to me. There is not a reason in the world for me to worry. When I worry it is nothing more than old patterns of thought that have nothing to do with my ability to create what I desire. I have nothing to worry about. Everything comes to me at the right time in the right way. I figure it out as I go. I don't need to know, I figure it out as I go".

When you are a vibrational match to what you desire you feel wonderful. The best state of "being" in the entire universe is to focus on what you desire and know that the Source within you has found vibrational alignment with what you have asked for. If you are focused in the direction of what you have asked for and you ALLOW instead of RESIST the universe to yield to you through circumstances, people and events, the path for achievement of all that you have asked for will come to you easily and effortlessly.

And trust me, you will never need to worry about asking for things you want because the contrast of choices on this planet are there to help you to define more of what you want just by observing what you don't want. You do not need to worry about wanting new things. The inspiration will always be there.

You have come from the non-physical into the physical environment of contrast so that you can be inspired to your personal preferences and desires. Each desire within you shoots out of you like a rocket and the Source within you, will match itself completely to that rocket of desire. Then you will receive the never-ending guidance to let you know where you stand vibrationally in relationship to the rocket you have given birth to. You and the life you are living is the reason the stream is moving as it is. And the focus of your thoughts is the reason you are going with it or not going with it.

What I would like you to understand is that when something is happening and you feel strong negative emotion it is pointless to try to cover it up with a bright, happy thought. When your radio signal is set on 106 FM you cannot hear what's being broadcast on 98.7 FM. The frequencies are too far apart.

Because of what is happening in your environment, you are more likely to be focused on something gone wrong, so you can't immediately focus on, "my life is perfect in every way". This is partly because you have been trained to "face reality" and "tell it like it is", but also because those frequencies are pretty far apart.

If something happens and you feel despair and one of your well meaning friends tries to help you by being cheerful, all you do is justify more vehemently why you feel like you do. Their happiness just makes you feel even more like a failure. And their guidance just makes you feel like you would like to smack them along side of their head. There is nothing worse than feeling the opposite of who you are and how you want to feel while some positive thinker is flapping in your face about how you create your own reality. You feel like saying, "I am sure that is not true, or you wouldn't be in my reality in this moment!"

But when you understand it is not your job or even possible to find a really good feeling thought from that bad feeling thought, you can work out of it slowly. If you are in despair about something, instead of trying to change it completely, perhaps you could find a little gratitude in something else to soften your energy. If you are having trouble forgiving someone, perhaps you could feel a little better if you forgave yourself for something that you might have done in the past. Sometimes we cannot come out of despair, lack of forgiveness or other negative emotions completely because the frequencies from despair to happiness or total forgiveness to loving the other person are too far apart, but if you will take a small step in that direction, it can make a huge difference.

Even frustration is better than despair or lack of forgiveness. From frustration you can find hope and from hope you can find just about anything that you want. The reason so many people have given up on any awareness of what their emotions are telling them and doing something about it is the leap seems too far from where they are. All it takes is some small steps and you will get there!

Your Belief of What Is......

Have you noticed the things you got handled you keep handling?
That's because your belief is congruent so your pattern of thought and your expectations keep perpetuating the same things. The Law of Attraction, which is the fundamental creative law of the universe, says that the frequency you are emitting is constantly being matched by other frequencies that are the same. So when you feel the way you feel and you don't consciously change the thoughts that cause you to feel the way you do, then you continue to experience this habit of thought.

Unfortunately, most people do not change their patterns of belief because most people perpetuate their patterns of belief through their observation of WHAT IS. Here is what's happening: WHAT IS surrounds you, then you observe it, then you offer more vibration about it and the Law of Attraction gives you more of WHAT IS which you observe and offer a vibration about it so the Law of Attraction gives you more of WHAT IS, etc.

Then you compound the problem by saying that, "My life experience has taught me that WHAT IS - IS! This is fact. This is just the way it is".

That may or may not be true. It may be JUST THE WAY IT IS, but what you need to understand is that JUST THE WAY IT IS, is absolutely changeable, but you can't change JUST THE WAY IT IS if you keep observing JUST THE WAY IT IS!

So how do you change this pattern? You change it by choice. You choose to look at things the way you WANT them to be. You shift your vibrational pattern by caring more about the way you FEEL then you do about the "truth" or the "facts" that you are observing. The way you FEEL is what activates the Law of Attraction. If you do whatever you can to feel good and focus on what you want instead of the WAY IT IS, you will attract what you want. If you focus on THE WAY IT IS, you will attract more of the WAY IT IS. It's as simple as that.

Running In Place!

I recently talked with a friend who said he'd turned his $50,000 per year business into a $300,000 per year business in just 2 years! He asked if I wanted to know how he did it. I replied that of course I wanted to know.

His answer was quite simple. In fact, it's so simple that you're likely to dismiss it as too obvious. I agree that it sounds like common sense, but it's not commonly applied. When you really put this idea into action, you can take your results to a whole new level.

In a nutshell this was the lesson:

In life you will always have your ups and downs, your successes and failures. Sometimes things go well for you. Sometimes they go poorly.

When you succeed or fail, there's always a CAUSE. You can backtrack your results to figure out what caused them. You might not be able to do this perfectly, but you'll usually have a pretty good idea of the contributing factors.

What caused your income, your health, and your relationships to improve over the past few years?

What caused things to get worse?

Can you identify the specific causes of your best and worst results?

Once you know the contributing factors to your hits and your misses, your goal is to deliberately do more of what causes the successes and deliberately do less of what caused the failures.

Of course some of the contributing factors may not be under your direct control, but some of those factors will be. Focus your efforts on what you can control, and don't worry about what's outside your control.

I must admit that it was hard for me. I thought this was an oversimplification, but I decided to try it anyway. I thought maybe he knew something I didn't. I figured I had nothing to lose.

What I discovered was there were several things that I was doing that were not working very well, but I kept doing the same thing. Also, there were several things that I was doing that worked really well, but they were often neutralized by the things that were not working so well. In the end it seemed like I was running in place or advancing very slowly.

You can apply this same idea to improve your results in any area of your life -- your income, your career, your relationships, your health -- even your spiritual development. Notice what creates a success for you, and do more of it. Notice what causes less than desirable results or a dry spell, and do less of it.

If you haven't had a success experience for a long time, you can basically throw out whatever you're currently doing in that area because it clearly isn't working. You'll have to experiment more to figure out what does work. If you already know that your current efforts aren't working, there's no point in continuing along the same path.

You aren't doomed to become a victim of your past, but your past surely contains clues that can help you enjoy an even better present and future. Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best.

Positive Rules To Live By (13-25)

13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

14. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: 'In five years, will this matter?'

17. Forgive everyone for everything.

18. What other people think of you is none of your business.

19. GOD heals everything - but you have to ask Him.

20. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

21. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch!!!

22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

23. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am thankful
for__________. Today I accomplished_________.

24. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

25. When you are feeling down, start listing your many blessings. You'll be smiling before you know it.

God Bless You.

Belief is a State of Mind!

Most entrepreneurs know deep down that if they don’t believe in themselves they won’t be able to function.

But what is it exactly that you should believe in?

Athletes, for example, know that training and talent will only take them so far. At the top levels of competition the differences lay not so much in physical ability as they do in the mind. After all, the difference between first place and second in many sports can come down to a hundredth of a second.

The ability to do anything must be accompanied by the belief that you can do it. As important as knowing how is knowing you can.

This is where much of what is taught about belief by popular gurus actually makes things worse. You see, what counts as belief isn’t the conscious thought. Simply saying you believe isn’t proof that you actually do. And your mind won’t be fooled for long.

In fact, recent scientific studies prove that when we try to get ourselves to believe something about ourselves that we subconsciously simply don’t believe, it works to demotivate rather than motivate us. In other words, the further away we step from what we subconsciously believe to be true the more harm we do rather than good.

It’s important to recognize that when you don’t act on a goal it’s because you lack the subconscious belief that you can attain it. The key isn’t to stop believing or to simply give up and wallow in your own self-pity. On the contrary, belief must start from a firm foundation of reality. Rather than worrying about what can go wrong, re-evaluate your goals and determine what you will need to truly believe that you can accomplish them.

Take small steps from where you are. Start by recalling when you were able to learn a new task. What was involved in that learning process and what made you want to learn? From this foundation you can build a belief in your ability to learn how to accomplish your goal.

As you exercise your belief, and start to prove your own ability by accomplishing one small goal at a time you will begin to grow in your personal confidence. Like a muscle, building belief is something that must come over time. Go too hard or too quick and you will suffer negative effects rather than positive. Work with what God has given you and you will find that you can indeed move mountains.
