To Believe or not To Believe!

Sometimes we come to rely on actions and words to make our life what we want it to be. Then we get frustrated because sometimes we speak words and take actions that are contrary to the vibration we are offering.

In other words, when you say that you really hope something turns out well when you really do not expect it to, your words of hope sound optimistic, but they do not bring you the results you seek.  When you want something that you sincerely doubt, it cannot manifest as long as that doubt is prevalent within you.

Most of your beliefs came through your life experiences. Your
beliefs are the result of the things you witnessed in life that
made you believe they are true.  So when you saw something
happening that you did not want to happen, as you observed it, you came to the conclusion that this is "factual", that this is "evidence", this is "truth", and this is "real".  You have also been conditioned to believe that you must focus on things that are real.

But the truth is, whatever you are focusing on is training you into a habit of thought.  That's all a belief is - a habitual thought pattern.  So when you train yourself into a habit of thought that does not match anything you want, you have set up a cross current in your vibrational frequency. In other words, you WANT it this way, but you also EXPECT it this way.

The problem is you got most of your expectations by listening and watching TV, from family, friends, news media, etc. You have come to this vibrational habit of thought over a long period of time. Whether you like it or not, in most cases those thoughts are more dominate within you than the vibration of your desire.  What is happening is that there are all kinds of things that you want, but you are sending out a different or opposite vibration than those things that you want.

You have to find a way to shift your beliefs before your life can
change. If you do not have what you want, I can guarantee you have a contradictory energy or belief system going on within you. Take the time to discover what it is and then use that awareness to change it.  Awareness is always the first step to making any change.

Don't fear failure!

Growing up, each one of us has a role model; someone who we strive to be and model our life or career after. Someone who is THE ideal for whatever role we see ourselves in. In business it might have been Steve Jobs; in Real Estate it might be Donald Trump; it changes for every industry, but at some point in our lives, each and every one of us will utter the phrase (publicly or privately) “I want to be the next _______.”

Think about who your heroes are.

Who do you want to emulate?

What is your perceived ideal?

While we might try as hard as we possibly can to become what or who we’ve concluded is THE ideal, it’s important to remember that we’re only human. No specific job or career goal should define us. Life isn’t always fair and we’ll inevitably fail at one point or another. But it is THROUGH this failure that we recover, adapt, and ultimately grow into our own unique version of the person we want to be – maybe even raising the bar for generations to come.

Think about the times in your life when you’ve failed.

There’s probably nothing worse than the sting of failure, especially when you’ve worked hard. But there’s always a lesson to be learned. Sometimes it’s a life lesson, and sometimes failure is what pushes you to learn a new skill or embrace a new idea. No matter what type of lesson your failure pushes you to learn, it’s an opportunity for growth, self-improvement, and success.

One of the most important things that you can engrave in your subconscious mind is not being afraid to fail, because whether you fear failure or not, you will still be disappointed. But it’s through that disappointment that your unique life starts to take shape. That failure can become a catalyst for profound reinvention and is what will help shape your dreams and ultimate success.

What are your dreams TODAY?

Are they the same dreams you had at age 12? 22? Yesterday?

I know my dreams have changed over the years, and I’m sure they’ll continue to change. And that’s okay. You’re not the same person you were 20 years ago, or ten years ago, or yesterday, and there’s no rule that says your dreams have to stay the same. Your dreams and goals should grow with you.

I’ve been lucky enough to see a few of my dreams realized in my life, but that doesn’t mean I just called it a day. As you achieve your goals, you realize new ones – things you didn’t know you wanted before, but are now clearer than ever. Embrace your evolving dreams, your past and future successes, and especially your failures; because without them you would not be in the unique position to redefine the ideal.

God Bless & Success!

"Rich" is not a bad word!

Quick! Answer this question:

"What would your life look like if you turned your annual income into your monthly income?"

Stop and really think about that for a second.

What would your life look like if you suddenly received the same money every month as you earned ALL YEAR last year?

That's a pretty powerful question isn't it?

Well, whatever your answer is -- new car, new home, new clothes, donations to charities, world travel, debt-free.....

....I have a question for you.

How did that question make you FEEL? Was it hard to imagine that? Or easy? Did it excite you? Or did it sort of trouble you in a way you can't quite put your finger on?

Does it make you want to pump your fist in the air and say, "YEAH!! That's what I'm talking about!

Bring it on!"

Or does it make you think, "Hmm....I don't know.

That sure would be nice but I'm not sure that's for me."

Whatever your answer is.....that's up to you.

But, one thing is for sure: how you THINK and FEEL about being wealthy is a big factor in how easily you'll achieve it.

I remember when I was broke and struggling....I felt like a great car or a luxury home was for "The Other People".

Great cars were for "The Other People."

Stories about someone going to Barcelona or Rome for vacation....that was always "The Other People".

See what I did, there?

I had set up my whole life as though all the "good things in life" belonged to The Other People....

....and I had to settle for less than I deserved.

Now, don't get me wrong.

This isn't about whether or not you want to eat a tomato sandwich for lunch.....or a $100 steak.

No one is trying to convince you to be something you're not.

But, one thing is for sure:

How you THINK and FEEL about money is one of the biggest single factors for your current bank balance.

And if you want to create an income of $10k/month...

....or $25k per month.....or $100k per month.....

....your mindset is going to be a big factor.

It's not changing who you are.

It's not about some lame "fake it til you make it" crap.

It's about making friends with money.....and understanding that your decision to be a wealthy person is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself, your family and your community.

Peace.

Overcoming Procrastination!

Today I want you to think about all of your dreams. Think about everything you want out of life. Think about every goal that you want to achieve.

Now think about the progress you are making in achieving each goal. If you are not where you should be or want to be, ask yourself what is holding you back.

Chances are you will come up with a hundred different reasons. And many of them – in your mind – will seem justified. In reality however, you’re probably suffering from something called procrastination.

I know, it’s an ugly word. And nobody likes to admit that they procrastinate. But the truth is, most people do and the sooner you realize and accept it, the better.

When it comes to self improvement, there is never one magical thing that works for everyone. It really all depends on what your strengths and weaknesses are.

For some people, investing time learning about how to properly set goals is most beneficial. Whereas for others, learning how to better manage time is the best course for action.

One thing is for sure though; there is one thing that can completely halt any chance you have at success. And that one thing is procrastination.

You see, regardless of what course of action you take to improve yourself and achieve success, if you never actually take action, nothing will happen. It sounds pretty simple yet this is a big problem for many people.

Some people suffer from something called analysis paralysis where they spends their entire lives analyzing their next move or decision but never actually “do” anything.

Others suffer from a fear of failure or even success.

Some people suffer from the dream syndrome where they constantly educate themselves and think that every resource they invest their time and money into will fulfill their dreams. They just keep buying resources because that keeps the dream alive but again, they never actually take action.

Whatever your reason may be for not taking action, the bottom line is your chances of success are already shattered if you do not change.

Now no one says change is easy. In fact, sometimes change involves a complete paradigm shift. In other words, you must completely alter the way you see the world.

For example, your reason for not taking the action to achieve a certain goal may be that it involves time that you simply do not have. Your schedule will not allow you to invest time in anything other than all of the things you are currently involved in…or so you may think.

You see, we as humans make time for the things which we view as valuable. The level of value attached each activity determines how much time we can dedicate toward that activity.

When it comes to exercise – which is an invaluable activity – because it brings forth so many benefits physically and emotionally, the biggest reason people have for not working out is not having the time. They say things like “I work 12 hours a day and have an hour and half commute each way to work”.  “There is no way I could get to a gym 3 times per week for an hour each time.”

Ask these same people if they would come to the gym 3 times per week for 1 hour if they were given $500 dollars every time they came and see how fast they would find the time to come.

It may seem a little funny but what you have is a person who places a higher value on money than they do on their health. For that reason, they will find the time to invest in getting the money.

When your health is good, it is easy to place a higher value on money. But ask any person on their death bed – who has lost heir health – if any amount of money could compensate for what they are going through.

Back to my point; you may have countless reasons why you are not taking action. What it really boils down to is that taking action toward achieving a goal just doesn’t have a high enough value attached to it yet; because if it did, you would be getting busy.

So once again, I want to think about all of your dreams and everything you want out of life. Think about every goal that you want to achieve and think about the progress you are making in achieving each goal.

If you’re not making progress, think about what you have to lose. Statistics show that pain is a greater motivator than pleasure; meaning that people generally do more to avoid pain than to gain pleasure.

I guess that’s becuase pleasure attainment can be percieved as a luxury and pain avoidance can be viewed as a necessity.

The problem is that often times painful consequences don’t come on slowly, they usually just appear out of nowhere in your face leaving you in a state of emergency. Things like disease, job loss, relationship failure, etc. may take time to build up but once they arrive, it usually catches you off guard.

And if you’re not prepared, the damage can be immense.

So how do you prepare?

You prepare by ending procrastination and taking action toward achieving financial freedom, investing in a relatiionship (or moving away from a toxic one), changing your bad eating habits or whatever else kind of action will eventually payoff and prevent pain from coming.

Remember, pain isn’t always easy to see coming but one it arrives, there’s no denying it.

Take action toward your goals TODAY.

"Friends" Who are Bad For Your Bank Account

The fact is, there are certain types of "friends" that can affect your spending habits.

Sometimes it's so subtle that it can be hard to notice.

But make no mistake - your money situation is directly connected to who you spend your time with.

Here's a guide to the kinds of friends that are hurting your chances of becoming rich.

If you are friends with one of these types, they could be the reason that you're not achieving the success you want.

1. The Enabler: This is the friend who somehow convinces you to buy the expensive things you don't need.

"That dress looks so great, you have to buy it!" or "Man, wouldn't it be great to watch the game on an HD flat screen?" are common phrases that these friends use to make you blow your salary on stuff you don't really need.

2. The Sponge: This friend is the one that always seems to be short on cash when the bill comes around...and you end up forking over the cash.

They're always asking for "just $20 bucks" that they never remember to pay back.

The clothes or tools that you lend them seem to disappear into some kind of Bermuda triangle.

No question about it, this friend will drain you dry - unless you learn how to say no.

3. The Competition: This friend is the one that always makes sure you know how much they paid for something, how much they or their partner make, and where they're going on vacation.

Their competitive nature comes from a deep insecurity about money, but you can easily get caught up in the competition and spend money you don't want to spend.

If you recognize these types in any of your friends, it's time to take action.

That doesn't mean you should stop being friends with them.

But you should recognize that these types all have serious issues with money.

And in order to neutralize them, you need to change the way YOU respond to their actions.

So when you find yourself opening your wallet or taking out your credit card, ask yourself who's making the decision - you or your friends?

Chances are you have some negative beliefs about money that are allowing these friends to take advantage of you.

And the only way it's gonna stop is if you change your mindset.

When you replace your negative beliefs with a millionaire mindset, you put yourself on the fast track to wealth.

Motivation = FEAR?

The tendency for most people is to get into a comfort zone and build a nice little nest there. The comfort zone is made up of all the thoughts we've had and all the things we've done often enough to feel comfortable thinking or doing them. Anything that threatens to push us out of our nest makes us feel uncomfortable.

"Uncomfortable" is a catchall term that encompasses many emotions; fear, unworthiness, doubt, anger, hurt and distrust, to name a few. Since we have labeled these emotions as "bad", we don't want to feel them and so we crawl back into our nests.

It can be argued that there are really only two human emotions, fear and love and that all other emotions are variations on these two themes. Any negative emotion is a spin-off of fear. Except for rare occasions, most of the fear that we xperience is over imagined circumstances or consequences. But, since fear keeps us from doing things, we never really check out the validity of the fear itself. A feedback loop of fear ? not doing ? ignorance ? then back to fear develops.

When something pushes us out of our comfort zone we feel some variation of fear. The bodily sensations that go along with fear are something that we have come to label as "bad" and we want to avoid them at all costs. Let's look at what happens when the body feels fear; adrenaline, glucose and other energy producing chemicals are released into the bloodstream. Our senses actually sharpen when non-essential fears such as, "Did I remember to TiVo Lost?", pop up and we gain an instant ability to focus on the task at hand.

When we are outside of our comfort zone, most of the time, the only thing we are in danger of is learning something new. What is helpful in learning something new? Energy, clarity and the ability to focus - all available to you via your friend, fear.

Now, am I saying that fear is the best motivator? No, but I am saying that you can change the way you look at the sensations that fear produces. Do you realize that, at a somatic level, excitement feels pretty much the same as fear? So what I'm suggesting is that the next time you get pushed out of your comfort zone and you feel the adrenaline of fear, instead of crawling swiftly back into the safety of your nest, change the way you look at it. Choose to experience the sensations of excitement and use the clarity, energy and increased focus at your disposal to say "YES" to the experience and learn something new!

How to Banish Negative Thoughts - for good!
Negative inner dialogue or self talk holds us back from having all the things we most desire.

Are you a victim of this type of self talk?

Here's a quick way to stop your negative inner-talk...

* Be Aware.

If you're feeling tense, anxious, upset, angry, etc. then chances are there's some level of negative self talk going on.

When you feel these physical symptoms *immediately* check to see what chatter is going on inside your mind?

* Flip Switch.

You may not be able to relieve the physical symptoms instantly, but you can take control and "reverse" them with a little practice.

The best way to 'consciously' rid yourself of negative self talk is to deliberately "flip switch" your thoughts to something more pleasant. Something that you're grateful for. Something that gives you happiness.

The 'big trick' is to start being more consciously aware of your thoughts and emotions - because then you can start to take control of them!

Are you saying to yourself right now that it's too hard? That you're just not able to do it?

If you are: simply remind yourself that "you are the boss", not some nagging voice in your head.

It takes practice - but the rewards for you are endless!

Remember...

All of your desires, dreams and goals can be easily sabotaged by negative self talk.

Your negative thoughts stem from your subconscious mind and the beliefs it holds about you and where you fit into this world.

Much of these beliefs are unfounded and changing them will make the most amazing changes in your life.
